The Residence Executive 50-52 abbreviated as RESIDEX 50-52 is a family business run by family members and thus the values of the noble family are reflected by the staff and crew.
The RESIDEX 50-52 brand is a no smoking Residence for both business and leisure clients and travelers. The Residex is in the Commercial Capital city of Cote d’Ivoire, Abidjan and located at Zone 4, Bietry-Marcory. The Residence is about 15 minutes from the Airport by road.
The Residex a parking space for its customers in front of the facility. Outside, at a walking distance, are popular Restaurants and café, night clubs, important shops, and popular vacation spots in Abidjan.
Bar 50-52
Our Bar has a warm and contemporary feel, carefully designed to enable space and intimacy while respecting the recommendations against COVID-19.
Bar 50-52 serves alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, liquor, spirits, whisky, brandy, and various non-alcoholic beverages such as mineral water and soft drinks. A selection of teas and coffees are available throughout the day at the Bar. The Bar also sell snack foods such as sweet bread, potato chips, mix olives and peanuts for consumption at the premises.
Bar 50-52 often features entertainment, which may be a live band, vocalist, comedian, or a disc jockey.

• WIFI is available everywhere in the Residence. You can connect free to WIFI via your computer, tablet, MP3 player, video game, or to watch TV. Just connect to the 50/52 network and accept the connection conditions.
Luggage storage
• A room is available at the reception for an early departure on request.
Fax and photocopy
• Available at reception, but chargeable.
Car park
• Free parking for customers in front of the Residence, but not guarded.

Breakfast
• The Residence takes care of your breakfast. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the restaurant near the reception: 7 am to 10 am Monday to Friday, and 7 am to 11 am Saturday to Sunday.
• Paid room service is available. Payable separately in cash to the waiter / waitress.
Bar
• Drinks and snacks are available at the bar and reception. The prices vary according to the choices.
• Hot and cold drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines are available to guests during the day at the bar and reception.
Laundry service
• A chargeable laundry and ironing service is available on request.
